May be the fuse there are separate ones for right and left headlights and DTRL'S OR ITS THE BULB OR THE PLUG FOR IT SOMETIMES THE BULBS GO INSIDE THE PLASTIC BASE AND YOU CAN'T SEE THAT IT'S BLOWN BECAUSE THE FILAMENTS INTACT

first thing i would check is the wiring were the plow wiring is spliced in at this is most likly the culprate. or you may have a bad multi function switch in the steering column
