If you Google “how to change a wheel speed sensor on a 2004 Chevy Trail Blazer”, you will get videos and step by step instructions on how to. Usually the rotor is difficult to remove due to rust and corrosion. Also, fasteners and clips/correctors often break or become damaged during R&R. Be careful. WD40 penetrating oil applied in advance is very helpful. This job is not for the faint of heart or backyard mechanic without the proper tools. Good luck!!

SOURCE: M y radio stopped working on my 2004 trail blazer

The 2004 Trailblazer has two fuse panels, one in the under hood and one under the middle row seats. The radio fuse is marked RADIO fuse # 41 and is a 15 amp fuse located in the rear fuse panel. To access the rear fuse panel flip the seat behind the driver to the upright position, under it you can see the fuse panel and a diagram should be on the under side of the cover.

Good luck and hope this helps.

SOURCE: I pulled the codes and here they are : C0036, C0035, C0040

Sounds like you need front wheel speed sensors. Replace the wheel bearings and sensors. May have an ABS unit fault, but more likely is both wheel bearings/speed sensors.

SOURCE: 2004 chevy cavalier makes a ''knocking'' sound

This could be any number of things. It could be your CV axle going bad, your tie rod joint has gone bad, your lower ball joint has gone bad. More than likely it will be your CV axle. What you need to look for is rips on any of the boots for these parts. The one that has the rip will more than likely be your problem. Just check for grease coming out of any of these parts and you will find your culprit because it has dried up and is causing the knocking sound. Let me know if you have any further questions. Thanks for using FixYa!

Can i put the front right abs wheel speed sensor on the left rear of a 2005 nissan x-trail?

Not sure of your exact vehicle as I have not had to work on one, but usually the wheel speed sensor is interchangeable from side to side, but not front to back.

Front right wheel doesnot want to turn on 2004 chevy trail blazer

check that the caliper is free to slide on the mounting pins It is necessary so that the caliper body can self centralise and let the brake pads come of the disc rotor. When the body seizes on the pins then one side of the caliper will have the pad in constant contact with the rotor and makes for bad braking and low economy

Where is the fuel filter located on my 2004 Chevy Trail Blazer? WE

On 05+ Trail Blazer, the fuel filter is integral with the fuel pump inside of the fuel tank. It is a non-serviceable part. On 02-04s, the filter is on the drivers side frame rail at about the B-pillar. If your trail Blazer is a late 04 which means that it was build close to the 05 Trail Blazer, you may have a non serviceable fuel filter. Good luck and check under your Trail Blazer or look at your manufactured date sticker on the door which would help you indicate if your 04 is a early Trail Blazer and you'll have the fuel filter on the inside frame rail under the driver's door.

2005 CHEVY +TRAIL BLAZER ABS AND BRAKE LIGHTS ON

When the ABS light is on when driving there is a problem in the anti lock brake system and you will need to have it tested to find out what the problem is. As long as the light is on the ABS has been shut off by the computer until it is repaired. There could be problems with one of the wheel speed sensors, wiring or the ABS pump. On some vehicles the red brake light will come on too.
