SOURCE: 2000 Silverado daytime running lights don't work. bulbs new.

Not saying that you don't know this but the daytime lights are turned off in park.
If that is not your problem, a friend of mine uses the amber bulbs, they last longer.

Check the cable, connector or the holder, this might also be cause of fuse box problem, sometimes fuse seems to be ok but the fuse slot get ionised salts that makes a connection problem. You can swithch the wires for indicator with tail light wires to make it sure that the holders or bulbs are ok

SOURCE: DRL is not working

1996-99 GM trucks. There is a diode, located under the dash between the steering wheel and the radio, fastened to the round dash bar. The bolt that holds it on, threads into the top of the bar, it is near impossible to get at with a wrench. It is a finned block of (usaully black) aluminum about 2 inches squared 3 inches long. I found a easy way to get it out. Looking up you will see two tabs bent holding the diode in a bracket, bend them out of the way( you may have to bend the bracket a little aswell) and with patience the diode will slide out of the bracket, then disconect the electrical plug-in. I have found that this is the main reason for day-time driving light failure

Also, check your emergency brake pedal. Make sure it is all the way up. If it is down just one click the day time running lamps will not come on.

95 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE HIGH BEAM INDICATOR NOT WORKING

ok, just the Highbeam cluster lamp
the cluster has fuses test them first?
DLR is canada, are you there,or car is? for canada market?
(unique wiring there) we are USA forum and cars, and wiring
ever see the free schematics, posted here 100s of time?
ZJ jeep is its name , as seen here, under wiring.
http://www.morris4x4center.com/knowledge-base/index.htm?utm_source=cj#service

DRL , is a problem of many cars, it makes that which was very simple now complex. On many the wire pins like to melt on the DLR module. (looking first, is always a good idea , for obvious damage)

Chapter 8w covers all wring, best is to have the book or PDF on it.
DLR /Dimming module.
Page 8w-40 -9 clearly shows, the Cluster hi beam lamp
has 2 pins, is ground G100 , the runs many things there.
the turns cluster indicators, go dead with g100 busted.
pin 1 for the HI beam indicator goes to the DLR/dim module
so 8w-44-13 shows (and next pages) show it all
i invite you to look and read. it
first item of interest is fuse 24, powers this modules logic
8w-50-10 is head lamps with DRL, called front lighting, chapter.
says right there"canada only"
Fuse 19, is also needed.
to see that page above, and all of 8W50 (front, lites, canada)
you need Adobe Reader installed, to read PDF books.

my guess is fuse 24, did you check all fuses first.
if the DRL works, and id does run the highbeams BTW

if the cluster bulb is good
an no 12vdc to it, as you said ops you said DLR are dead
well sure.
the DLR must have all imputs good for the module to work
ill list them
hand brake switch working, is it?
brake failure lamp switch working? page 8w-40-7 see it?
the later switch is DRL only switch on MC.
put in a usa switch and dRL goes dead.
there is more, but ill stop
check all pins on the DRL modules of fall fuses are good
to see that all inputs are good
if they are, the Hi-beam indicater wire there goes to 12vdc.

I got a 2004 chevy trailblazer 4.2l. DRL/lowbeams don't work. All other lights (park lights, high beams, turn signal) work. Driver side DRL bulb blew. Both went out at the same time. Replaced both...

If it is anything like my 04 GMC Sierra, there is a relay panel under the hood. In that underhood box where you found the fuses, there are also relays. They pop out (the diagram is on the lid of the box). After the GMC hit 200k, the relays started going out. The high beams are on a relay, the lowbeams are on a different one. You can pop one out and replace it with the horn or foglight relay if you want to check it out. I am betting that the DRL bulb just happened to go at the same time. Mine go out regularly..I would say around every 10-15k miles. I don't know if this helps, it is just something that I have run across with a similar vehicle.

2002 honda civic Day time running warning on change bulbs check

High beams dont go on at all? Does the DRL light dissapear when u turn on the headlights? Now, because your high beams dont work, it more likely means that you need to replace your bulbs. Because if it would be a problem in the car itself, only the DRL system would fail. Im 80% sure that changing your bulbs will solve the problem.

Day time running light problem

The problem with the DRL issue describd in the above posts is the DRl module(it needs to be replaced). The buzzing relay and intermittent on/off of passenger side DRl are indicators that the module needs to be replaced.
