2008 Uno 150. Is there any other brand of scooter that the headlight is interchangeable?

The Internet, though, has a large number of web sites where you can buy service manuals and schematics from bookstores, publishers, and other collectors. Here is just a sampling of what sites are out there:

Will nonvented gas tank cause bike to run for short time

Yes, if the tank does not have a breather hole then the tank does not drain effectively. This will result in fuel starvation, if you are riding at the time this could also cause weak mixture and over-heated pistons or even heat seizure.

Why has my Lambretta UNO 50 lost power, and why does it keep dying or struggling when I try to ride it?

A tip with air flow screw or mixture screw as I call it,is screw in all the way just so its snug not tight then count one an a half rotations back out and that's roughly pretty wow right, then listen to the exhaust note when revving up and down then you slightly a just the screw in or out un till you here a sweet spot in the acceleration and that's it to easy.cya Neil

Still having problems with my lambretta uno 50cc

First of all the fuel filter is fine. It is a filter, not a pump. The carb cleaner is designed to clean the carburetor and will not hurt the gaskets. Due to your lack of any knowledge or experience I applaud your desire to understand the problem but do not discount people who do this for a living versus friends with a guess. Since the engine is flooded after running suggests a choke issue. I would take it to a professional who can examine your specific machine. Here is the exploded diagram of your carb: http://www.ilambretta.com/carb.html. It is pretty simple. You probably have a manual choke and need to stop choking the carb after it starts up. If it has an automatic choke it is not functioning correctly. The manual does not discuss the choke at all; http://www.lambrettausa.com/files/images/UNO50/UNO150-50%20Owners%20Manual.pdf. You should take the bike to a professinol to examine the problem.

Wiring Diagram

Check for a power supply at the lamp unit. If there is power then consider a loose earth lead. Does the battery charge? The battery on older lambrettas is the stabiliser for the lights. if it has failed then your head light will not work. If all the other lights work it must be a lead in the headlight system.

Battery checks out good but

I have this bike. This is what i would try. Charge battery, replace old fuel with fresh fuel, manual says 91 Octane. You can drain old fuel out from fuel filter line, also good to replace fuel filter and spark plug. Spark plug is accessed from small panel behind where your ankles would be while riding. Fuel filter is above kick starter. Try and kick start, note its not the power of the kick that matters, its the position of the kick mechinisim - doesn't always have to be from the very top, you have to feel it be at a point just befofre it engages then kick. and DON't give it throttle when you're starting. If 10 kicks fail. Wait for the fuel to dry out for a few minutes, easy to flood with repeat failed starts...

Need circuit diagram for ARLEC 15e 6-24Volt 15Amp Electronic battery charger OR their later model BC58

I can't find a diagram. The small potentiometer on the control board likely serves as an adjustable component to fine-tune specific parameters. Here are some possibilities: Voltage Regulation: The potentiometer might control the output voltage. By adjusting it, you can set the desired charging voltage for different battery types (e.g., 6V or 12V). Current Limit Adjustment: It could be used to set the maximum charging current. Adjusting the potentiometer allows you to limit the charging current based on the battery's capacity and condition. Sensitivity or Threshold: Some potentiometers act as sensitivity controls. For example, it might adjust the threshold at which the charger switches between charging and maintenance modes. Setting the Potentiometer: Without the specific circuit diagram or detailed information about your charger, I recommend the following general steps: Observe the Potentiometer: Identify the potentiometer on the control board. Note its position and any markings (if present). Consult the User Manual: Check the user manual or operating instructions. It might provide guidance on adjusting the potentiometer. Trial and Error: If no specific instructions are available, start with the potentiometer set to its mid-position. Gradually adjust it while monitoring the charger's behavior (e.g., charging current, voltage). Observe how the charger responds to changes in the potentiometer setting. Fine-tune it based on your specific battery type and desired charging characteristics. Remember that precise adjustments depend on the charger's design and the battery you're charging.

What is the length of lift cables on a 1993 model 2693 hilo camper and any info on what after market part to use ? thanks

The lift cables on a 1993 model 2693 Hilo camper are 30 feet,2 3/4 inches long and fit the standard height lift of 11 feet 8 inches high to the top of the overhead. The lift uses two cables. According to a Hi- Lo camper travel trailer forum, cable replacement is basically the same on all years and models, with the main difference being the length of the cables from model to model. You can use a cable cut chart to find what cable length you need for your camper, and you'll need to know your year, model name, and box (body) length: Lift cables typically wear out after three to five years, so it's important to replace them as needed and keep them regularly maintained.

Mine is a 410JS 1000cc Santana, Spanish made. Mechanical fuel pump does bring no fuel to the carb. Want to shift to an electric setup. What is the best pump? Do I need an overflow-line?

The bike doesn't exist as written. https://www.google.com/search?q=410JS+1000cc+santana We are better with 'year make model 1000cc'. Better to not try and do better than the bike engineers. A mechanical pump runs when the engine is turning, an electric pump will run as soon as the key is turned and create pressure all the time. It would have to be an in tank electric pump or it will burn out. Electric pumps are cooled an lubricated by the fuel passing through it. If it is a carbureted engine, you are pressurizing the carb bowl. If injected, it may already have a fuel return. Check the mechanical pump for a torn diaphragm, they are easy to change. ..

Question edited for clarity and add maker. Try cleaning the Throttle Body. This bike works the same as a car. My first thought was that it has a diaphragm carburetor and the membrane was punctured or split.
