Just a hunch....if its blowing immediately, your horns are on the signal fuse....Yamaha typically wired these so the horns is hot and the horn button grounds to sound the horn. Unhook connectors and check if there is a short from either terminal to ground....one probe on a terminal, other on bike ground...retest on the other terminal. You should be open (infinity) to ground.
If fuse is fine till turn signals are used....inspect each socket for wiring damage.

My hazard / turn signal fuse (20a) keeps blowing when turn signal is used , hazard ok to use , fuse box smoke now

Disconnect all of the turn signals at the lens assembles. Plug in the fuse. If it still blows, you have a wiring problem and will need to trace the wires to find the grounded wire.If the fuse does not blow, then replace the assemblies one at a time until the bad one shows up. Also check your fuse box to see how much damage was done to it. Look for melted wires. Hopefully it did not do much damage.

Signal fuse keeps blowing

Does the fuse blow on both left and right sides,or just blows randomly or as soon as you put the new fuse in?
Does it have tilt steering?I would check the wiring in the steering column to start.

S40, volvo, keep blowing a turn signal fuse

When a fuse keeps blowing everytime you replace it that means there is a short circuit along its cable. Check the flasher cables or call a car electrician to do it.

Fuse keeps blowing out

The parking lights, dash lights, turn signals, and hazard flasher should be 4 different circuits.
So you would need to know exactly what that fuse protects, then look for the short to ground.

My 2005 buick rendezvous keeps blowing the fuse for the turn signals and brake lights. Fuse #42 in the inside fuse panel. this just started happening two days ago. Nothing is different with the car.

most likely caused by a short, could be any were. start with the light assembleys remove it and clean any rusty or coroded spotspull all bulbs clean and or replace .auto parts stores sell an electrical parts wash about 9 to 14 $ . spray as needed let dry and put back together.if it still blows fuses its some ware in the wire s , could also be at the turn signal switch or the brake switch . you would have to get it to blow to figure out witch one it is and witch one it is not example put in new fuse then keep putting on the brakes if not blown then keep doin the turn signal then check to see if blown

2006 f150 keeps blowing turn signal fuse

It sounds like the fuse is doing what it is supposed to do, and burning out when there is a short circuit. Check the wiring from the fuse block back to the lights and pay special attention to the trailer connection.

Turn signal flasher keeps blowing

This is more than likely caused by a Bad Turn Signal Switch Housing inside the Sterring column. The one that the Handle is attached to and Wraps around the Sterring Shaft on the Inside of the Column.
