One of the reasons Big Lots & other chain discount stores can sell stuff so cheap is that they buy "close outs" discontinued items.
I searched for an hour w/o luck. I did find many recalls on Big Lots furniture being unsafe by collapse.
Unless you think you are missing a part, maybe you can look at assembly instructions from another maker whose metal bunk looks like yours. Or, Live life on the edge, just wing it and see what you create. Good Luck

Purchase another identical desk from the same company.
Remove the instructions, photocopy them, and then put the instructions back into the new packaging, and return the second desk. Use the photocopied documents.

Try Dong Guan Tian Shan Metal Furniture Co Ltd. Unfortunately the bed is not listed on their website. Must be discontinued. I e-mailed them and will let you know if I hear back from them.
