Film maker 4 laser printer, paper tray feeder keeps going up and down, even on a 1 colir or multi-color separation.
One potential issue could be that the paper feeder is not properly aligned. Try opening up the printer and checking to see if the paper feeder is properly seated and aligned. If it isn't, try adjusting it until it is. If this doesn't fix the problem, there may be an issue with the sensors or actuators that control the paper feeder. Check for any loose wires or damaged parts. If you find any, try repairing or replacing them as necessary. If all else fails, you may need to replace the paper feeder itself.
